Mierikswortelsoep met zalm en courgette

Ingrediënten (3 a 4 personen)

Bereiding

Fruit de bosuitjes en courgette in de olie, en laat ze een paar minuten met de deksel op de pan stoven.
Voeg de bouillon toe en kook (8 mins) tot de groente gaar is.
Pureer de soep met een staafmixer.
Roer room en mierikswortel erdoor en warm nog even door.
Dien de soep op, en verdeel de zalm over de soepkommen. Garneer met dille of peterselie
